To facilitate project delivery at scale across multiple agile teams, PokerStars targeted a more holistic, process-driven approach to project management. However, existing teams had insufficient resource to deliver on the ambitious goals, and lacked the expertise to provide a data-driven reporting toolset essential to driving new efficiencies.
After an initial scoping exercise to identify potential improvements and define expected outcomes, we implemented new processes and best-practice frameworks for performance measurement and reporting, and embedded scaled agile concepts to ensure alignment across multiple squads.
