To facilitate project delivery at scale across multiple agile teams, PokerStars targeted a more holistic, process-driven approach to project management. However, existing teams had insufficient resource to deliver on the ambitious goals, and lacked the expertise to provide a data-driven reporting toolset essential to driving new efficiencies.
After an initial scoping exercise to identify potential improvements and define expected outcomes, we implemented new processes and best-practice frameworks for performance measurement and reporting, and embedded scaled agile concepts to ensure alignment across multiple squads. Fruition Consulting delivered the new reporting toolkit and required process changes into the first engineering unit two weeks ahead of target, satisfying all quality metrics. The training and change management workshops delivered to senior stakeholders heightened the appetite for roll-out of these new processes and reporting practices, far beyond the scope of the initial requirements.
